Why we're starting Signals

Every week we ship improvements to our clients' websites, products and content. Most of what we learn along the way ends up in a release note, a review comment or a conversation on a call. Signals is where the useful parts go next, so anyone running an e-commerce or SaaS business can put them to work.

Why Signals

An axon carries a steady stream of small signals. Nothing dramatic, just constant transmission, and that's what keeps the system alive. It's also how we think about growth. Not one big launch every three years, but a steady flow of small, measured changes that add up.

What you'll find here

  • What we ship: patterns from real releases, anonymised unless a client agrees otherwise.
  • What changed: the results of experiments, including the ones that didn't work.
  • How we use AI: where it speeds us up, where it doesn't, and how seniors review the output.
  • Practical notes on conversion, performance, content and product for teams with more ideas than capacity.

What you won't find

Trend roundups, ten-tip listicles or predictions about the end of the web. If a post doesn't help you make a better decision about your site or product, we won't publish it.

The idea behind it

Most companies we talk to describe the same thing. The launch went well. Then the agency moved on, the backlog grew, and every small fix became a new brief and a new quote. Six months later the site is slower and the competition has moved ahead.

We built Axon Foundry around that gap: a senior team with reserved capacity, a weekly release rhythm and a live dashboard that shows every change. Signals applies the same idea to what we know. Small, regular, useful.

How often

When we have something worth saying, which will probably be every few weeks. Steady beats loud.

If a post here describes a problem you recognise, Foundation is the quickest way to see how we'd work on it: four to six weeks, a fixed fee and real releases on your site.
