What we collect

• . Contact form: name, work email, company, website URL, company type, optional revenue range and your message.
• . Email correspondence you send us.
• . Technical data needed to deliver the website (such as IP address in server logs), kept by our hosting provider for security.

Why we use it, and on what basis

• . To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call: steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• . To keep the website secure: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers under data processing agreements.

TODO(Jose): list hosting provider, form/email delivery provider and any AI subprocessors that may handle personal data, with their processing locations.

AI tools

We don't feed website enquiries into AI tools. For client work, AI tools are used under our AI policy and never with training on your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a working relationship are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the contract and legal obligations require.

Transfers outside the EU

We prefer EU processing. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@axon-foundry.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD, cnpd.pt).
